(.40 oz of zinc
coating per square foot of steel) provides maximum rust
and corrosion resistance.

outside body surfaces with unexposed edges for rust-resistance
STANDARD
FEATURES / EQUIPMENT
- Rear vertical
doors
are rearward opening and open a full 90°.
- Body
mounting kit
(bodies have universal understructures).
- Curved
body sides complement the chassis styling.
- Galvanneal
bumper is recessed, features non-skid step and hitch
plate, and houses clearance lights, ID lights, license plate,
and license plate light.
- Vinyl-coated
aircraft cables on horizontal doors.
- Door
hinges are concealed to complement chassis styling and
add security.
- Flush-mounted
doors do not allow metal-to-metal contact when closed.
- Clip-on
door seal (factory installed) allows easy removal for
painting, replacement, and quicker installation. Door
seal seals against a flat surface for extra protection against
water leakage.
- Drip
rail runs the full length of the body and provides extra
protection against water leakage.
- Fuel
fill door is automotive style.
- Cutout
in intermediate panel between horizontal and rear
vertical compartments provides extended storage from the
horizontal compartment into the rear vertical compartment
(not available on top pak models).
- Lights
include combination stop, tail, and backup and complement
the chassis styling.
- Lock
cylinders are keyed alike with double-bitted keys.
- Primer
is a high-grade automotive type. Bodies are cleaned
with a high-temperature, high-pressure chemical solution
prior to prime painting.
- Rotary
door latches
with stainless steel paddle handles and galvanneal steel
pans. Latches are removable for ease of repair or
replacement.
- Striker
is
adjustable, bolt-on.
- Tailgate
(two-point slam locking) features locking rotary latch,
anti-rack/anti-rattle hardware, and vinyl-coated cables
to protect against paint damage.
- Undercoating
on underside of floor and wheelwells.
- Spring-loaded
vertical door holders (double spring to hold door in
open and closed positions).
