galvanneal construction. Two-sided zinc coated galvanneal
(.40 oz of zinc coating per square foot of steel) provides
maximum rust and corrosion resistance.

constructed using plate lock-bolt fasteners.
STANDARD
FEATURES/EQUIPMENT
- Vinyl-coated
aircraft cables on horizontal doors.
- Bolt-on
door hinges are concealed for increased security and
smooth body lines. Vertical door hinges contain an integral
spring to hold the door in the open and closed position.
- Clip
in door seal (factory installed) allows easy removal for
painting, replacement and quicker installation. Door seals
againsta flat surface for extra against water leakage.
- Concealed
drip rail provides extra protection against water leakage.
- Cut
out in intermediate panel between horizontal and rear vertical
compartments provides extended storage from the horizontal
compartment into the rear verical compartment.
- Lock
cylinders are keyed alike with double-bitted keys.
- One-piece
seamless
compartment top
and loadspace inside center.
- Primer
is a high-grade automotive type. Bodies are cleaned
with a high-temperature, high-pressure chemical solution
prior to prime painting.
- Rear vertical
doors
are rearward opening and open a full 90°.
- Bolt-on
rotary door latches with stainless steel paddle handles
and powder coated galvanneal steel pans.
- Striker
is adjustable, bolt-on.
- Removeable
tailgate with
lift and lock style (lift open, slam close). There is no
latching hardware in the loadspace.
- Undercoating
on bottom of floor and wheelwells.
- Vertical
weatherstrip shields door hinges and hinge rod and provides
extra protection against water leakage. Weatherstrip is
seamless design on front end panels.
